* All items are made to order and go through a 10 step process ( Drawing, Carving, Painting etc ) before being ready for dispatch.

* Generally all items are processed and shipped within 15 to 20 working days ( excluding weekends and holidays ) from the date of order. For customized items the processing time is 60-90 working days ( excluding weekends and holidays). Lamps/Cutlery/Furniture will take a minimum of 65-90 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

* Once the items are shipped we will share the tracking number with you with the help of which you can track the status online.
